Refunds

You see the finished page before paying. If a refund is still needed, this is how it works.

You see the result before you pay

The edit is made, checked, and shown to you as a picture of the finished page before there is anything to pay.

When something is refunded

  • The file does not match what you were shown. Refunded in full.
  • The download failed and could not be recovered. Refunded in full.
  • You were charged more than once for the same document. The duplicates are refunded.

When it is not

If the file matches the preview you approved and you have changed your mind about the edit, that is not a fault in the service — the preview is there so that decision happens before payment. The same applies to a result a third party declined to accept: what is guaranteed is that the document was edited exactly as shown, not how anyone else responds to it.

How to ask

Write to support@pdftexteditor.com with the date and amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A payment made in USDT or USDC is returned to the address it was sent from, and the network fee of that return is ours.
